In collaboration with Manifesta and AKAA art fair, African Arty is pleased to invite you to the exhibition Emancipated Imaginaries curated by Armelle Dakouo – May 28th to July 16th 2021 in Lyon.
Emancipated Imaginaries responds to and reflects on the reality of contemporary Africa, at a time when real emancipation from the models and mechanisms of societal domination and the need to open the fields of representations are occurring, in order to change our perceptions of contemporary societies.
